On Friday, One Fat Frog is having another one of our dress-up days. In the past, we’ve come to work dressed as Star Wars characters and for Green Hair Day. On a side note, I would like to thank my mom for not letting  me dye my hair green or purple back in middle school when I thought it would’ve been so cool. Thanks, mom. Anyway, this Friday’s dress-up day is for “Big Bang Theory,” so it’s a pretty exciting day for people in our office who watch the show, and by “people in our office who watch the show,” I mean my boss.

Actually, there are a few of us here who watch “Big Bang Theory,” but I’m not one of them. I’ve never really gone for those multiple-camera sitcoms that require a laugh track to convince you they’re funny. Of course, my comedy show tastes have always leaned toward more quirky fare like “Arrested Development,” “Better Off Ted” and “Pushing Daisies.” You know, those shows that are quickly canceled because no one else watches them…

So this means I’ll have to watch an episode or two to find out how people on the show dress. I’m pretty sure that Sheldon guy tends to wear hipster nerd shirts, like T-shirts with a comic book or 80s cartoon character, that kind of thing. But I definitely don’t have any of those. If I can’t come up with any good ideas, I guess I can come in wearing a suit and say I’m the show’s producer.

So if you’re a fan of restaurant equipment and/or “Big Bang Theory,” you should come into the One Fat Frog office on Friday and check out our costumes. In fact, come in wearing your own costume! Also, if you’re a fan, can you give me costume ideas?
