Our dearheart who runs the Sanford store will be out for a bit. She has had extremely high blood sugar today, was hospitalized and is currently running over. Her husband has been texting me updates and the notes read: Still can’t get her sugar down and she is running keytones, BP is on the low side, she can’t keep water down, she has been on IV more than an hour. Her blood sugar is currently 745 based on a lab test the portable testing machines can’t read that high.”
THIS, My friends, is the important stuff. It all boils down to with the right skilled technicians, knowledge, money and tools I can fix any restaurant equipment… but there is NOTHING more important than one’s health.
